Carlton L. Guthrie is Co-Chairman of SPECTRA LMP LLC, a Detroit, Michigan based holding company with several automotive manufacturing and engineering subsidiaries. Carlton and his brother Michael are sole shareholders of SPECTRA. Carlton’s current priority activities are serving on the Board of Directors of the Joyce Foundation, Chicago, IL; Board Chair Emeritus, Alumni Pathway to Students (GAPS) Gary, IN; and Board Chair Emeritus of Concerned Christian Men, Chicago, IL. Other current and past activities include Board Member, Shorebank, Chicago, IL; National Board Member for the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City, Boston, MA; Advisory Board for the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies, Washington, D.C.; Past President and Founding Member of the National Association of Black Automotive Suppliers, Detroit, MI; Founder and Board Chair of the Single Parent Family Institute, Lansing, MI; Board of Directors for the Centers for New Horizons, Chicago, IL; and Co-Founder and Board Chair of the Runners’ Club, Chicago, IL.

She is also a partner and executive coach with C-Crets, a career advice platform offering career coaching services, online courses and topical content through blogs and a podcast.
Reggie Colby leads the Coca-Cola North America’s non-carbonated beverage manufacturing and distribution network that is comprised of 100+ manufacturing and distribution centers across Mexico, the US, and Canada. These facilities produce/ship Dasani, Smartwater, Powerade, Gold Peak Tea, Minute Maid, Simply, Honest Tea, and other non-carbonated products to retailers, food service customers, and Coca-Cola bottlers. Since joining The Coca Cola Company in 2011 as the Plant General Manager at the 400+ employee manufacturing plant in Paw Paw, MI, Reggie has held positions of increasing responsibility in the supply chain and procurement organizations. Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Reggie amassed 20+ years of end-to-end supply chain and plant operations experience in the consumer packaged goods sector. Reggie’s previous employers include Clorox, Alberto Culver, Nestle, Pepsi, and a Wall St. based private equity firm.
Roz Malouhos is the Director of Junior Achievement of Chicago's Northwest Indiana Division, a nonprofit organization that provides educational programs for students in grades K to 12 and up to age 24, to foster Work Readiness, Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy Skills. She has worked with Junior Achievement for nearly 16 years when she joined as a Program Manager. She oversees the implementation expansion of Junior Achievement programs in Lake and Porter County serving more than 100,000 students annually. She also manages relationships with schools, volunteers, donors and Community Partners. Her nomination for the Influential Women of Northwest Indiana in the Not for Profit sector in 2017 reflects Roz's passion and dedication to serving the community and empowering young people to achieve their dreams and goals. She is committed to increasing the diversity inclusion of JA participants and stakeholders. Roz has served on the GAPS Board of Directors for over 5 years as an Executive Board Member helping to empower the Gary youth and supports GAPS mission.
Ms. Chambers resides in Gary, Indiana. She has been a Business Owner of State Farm Agency for over 35 years. Sharon is currently a board member for Methodist Hospital Foundations, Gary Alumni Pathway for Students as well as a member of her church Trustee board and Dean’s office staff of the National Baptist Convention. Upon retirement, Sharon plans to continue her involvement with real estate development in her community enhancing property values and promoting first time home buyers.
Regina Pope-Ford, PhD, PMP resides in Phoenix, AZ. She is a Program Director at National Science Foundation and President of the WSLA Alumni Foundation.
