Elementary • Grades K-5

What GAPS Offers Elementary Students

Girls on the Run

A confidence-building program that helps girls develop leadership, teamwork, and healthy habits through movement and mentorship. Spring season.

Career Day

Introducing students to real careers through local professionals who expand their imagination of what’s possible. Once per school.

Metaversity (Digital Literacy + Virtual Exploration)

Early exposure to digital skills and virtual career environments that spark curiosity and future-ready thinking. Schedule varies.

Hands-On STEM Events

Interactive learning experiences that ignite problem-solving, creativity, and early interest in science and technology. Three to four times per year.

Entrepreneur Events + Career Journals

Activities that help students dream, build, and articulate their ideas while learning the basics of entrepreneurship. Two times per year.

Cybersecurity Introduction

A fun, age-appropriate introduction to digital safety and cyber awareness to help students navigate technology with confidence. Once per school.

Level Up Tutoring

Targeted academic support designed to strengthen foundational skills in partnership with Gear Up. Schedule pending.

Middles School • Grades 6-8

Career Days

Students explore real professions and future pathways through interactive sessions with industry and community partners. Fall and Spring.

Boys Huddle

A character-building space where young men develop leadership, resilience, and positive identity with trusted mentors. Fall and Spring.

After-School Clubs (Entrepreneurship, Cybersecurity, STEM)

Hands-on clubs that deepen skills, spark curiosity, and build confidence in high-growth fields. Ongoing during the school year.

Agilities & ScholarTrack (8th Grade)

A guided self-discovery and planning experience that helps students understand their strengths and prepare for high school. Once per year.

Level Up Tutoring

Academic support designed to reinforce core skills and prepare students for high-school success, in partnership with Gear Up. Schedule pending.

High School • Grades 9-10

Agilities Introduction + 4-Year Planning

Students identify their strengths and map a clear high school plan that aligns with their future goals. Early Fall.

SAT Bootcamp

Focused preparation that builds test-taking confidence and boosts readiness for college admissions. Scheduled annually.

Freshman & Sophomore Support Groups

Peer-centered spaces that foster belonging, academic confidence, and early career exploration. Throughout the school year.

Career Fair

A high-energy event connecting students with employers, training programs, and postsecondary opportunities. Once per year.

Rotating Partner Events

Monthly sessions with colleges, employers, and community organizations that broaden exposure and spark curiosity. Twice per month.

Coursera & Certification Exploration

Guided introductions to online micro-credentials that help students connect learning to real-world careers. Schedule varies.

Level Up Tutoring

High School • Grades 11-12

Senior Progress Meetings (1:1)

Personalized guidance to keep each senior on track with graduation requirements and postsecondary goals. Ongoing throughout the year.

Pathway Workshops (College, Trades, Military, Entrepreneurship)

Targeted sessions that help students choose and prepare for the pathway that fits their strengths and aspirations. Monthly.

College Tours

On-campus experiences that broaden students’ vision and help them picture themselves in higher education. Fall and Spring.

Onsite Admissions Events

Instant college decision opportunities that remove barriers and accelerate students’ next steps. Fall.

Infinite Scholars Fair

A major scholarship event where students meet colleges offering on-the-spot awards and admissions opportunities. Fall.

AI & STEM Discovery Day

A hands-on exploration of emerging technologies that equips students with future-facing skills. Annually.

Spring Break College Tour

A multi-campus experience that expands access, exposure, and confidence for college-bound seniors. March.

Alumni Panels & Pinning Ceremony

Moments of celebration and inspiration where graduates learn from those who walked the path before them. May–June.

Graduation Assistance

Support to ensure every senior completes final requirements and crosses the stage ready for what’s next. May–June.

FAFSA Completion Support

Hands-on coaching to help seniors secure financial aid and avoid common barriers. January–April 15.

College Application & Plan Confirmation

Guided support to finalize applications and solidify each student’s postsecondary plan. Throughout the year.

Ambassador Program

A leadership development experience where students serve as role models and community representatives. Schedule varies.

Care University Enrollment

A readiness program that strengthens personal, academic, and career skills for life beyond high school. Ongoing.

Coursera Career Certificates

Access to industry-recognized courses that help students build marketable skills before graduation. Schedule varies.
